• Built core AI product experiences including chat, group chat, RAG/knowledge base, document analysis, permissions, security levels, and admin workflows.
• Introduced and shipped Group Chat, enabling teams to collaborate inside a shared AI assistant environment.
• Owned UX/UI and design system for Headlessforms (50+ paying clients, 2,000+ free users), improving product consistency and scalability.
• Delivered UX architecture, stakeholder workshops, and product design across Spheriq, Eventkit, Sportamt Bern, and Basel-Landschaft.

Sole designer on enterprise AR/VR/MR and simulation products for global clients in healthcare, training, and logistics.

• Designed UX/UI for Amazon, American Red Cross, Roche, Medtronic, 3M, and Philips, translating complex operational and medical processes into usable product experiences.
• Led full design cycle: research, user flows, interaction models, high-fidelity UI, client presentations, and developer handoff.
